Cromer is the perfect place for both beach lovers and countryside ramblers with a superb Blue Flag beach stretching along the coastline, and the Norfolk Coast Path which is popular with walkers of all abilities. The town itself has a wide variety of pubs, restaurants, and shops so you will find something to suit everyone. Fabulous days out are close by too, with the National Trust’s Felbrigg Estate just 2 miles away, Sheringham Park (5.5 miles) and BeWILDerwood adventure park (18 miles). The stunning Norfolk Broads are 17 miles away, a vast wetland home to a wide variety of wildlife, and plenty of opportunities for you to take to the water on a canoe, paddle board of canal boat.

Situated within touching distance of the beachfront, this home has been thoughtfully designed with holidaymakers in mind. It has an open-plan living room/diner with comfortable seating with Smart TV and Sky. Cosy up on the sofas and watch your favourite films or TV shows together as a family. There is a dining table with four chairs and a step down into the well-equipped kitchen. Here you will find the cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a handy washer/dryer. Great location, though the car parking is at least a five-minute walk from the house, and well provided for. Nicely prepared in advance of our arrival, keys ready on time, and owner very helpful in regard to our pre-arrival questions. Bond was returned on-time.

Lester House was perfect in every way for us. It was within a stones throw of a wonderful beach and pier and shopping was a doddle. Everything one could need was provided and the bed was extremely comfortable, a boon after being on your feet all day. The property also has bags of character which we loved. I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend it as a baRead morese to explore all the nearby attractions, especially the Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary up the road at West Runton. Hide

The property is very very close to all amenities but despite that is quiet apart from the occasional person walking passed. We found it very convenient for the pier and promenade and can also recommend the Red Lion for a meal or just a drink just around the corner.

Lovely property, quiet but central, picture postcard street. Property was clean, cosy and well equipped. Very well placed for the sea front and all local amenities.
