Situated in the centre of the bustling seaside resort of Cromer, this home has something for everyone. Choose from the many pubs and restaurants in the town or peruse the wide range of independent shops. Soak up the sun, surf, or go rock pooling on the superb, sandy, Blue Flag beach. Keen walkers will love the Norfolk Coast Path, which runs through the town and hugs the Norfolk coast for 84 miles. If you prefer gentle strolls and uncovering history, visit the National Trust’s Felbrigg Estate and Gardens (2 miles) or the fabulous Sheringham Park (5.5 miles). For adventure fuelled days out with the kids, head to the treetop tours at BeWILDerwood (18 miles).

This three-storey home is both stylish and practical, oozing traditional charm with furnishings and decor. enter onto the ground floor and find the first bedroom which has a super-king bed, chest of drawers and an armchair. It also has an en-suite shower room with shower, WC, vanity unit, and heated towel rail. To the rear of this floor is a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a door heading outside. Upstairs on the first floor is the second en-suite bedroom. A fantastic four-poster super-king is the central focus of the room, with armchair, bedside tables, and further seating in a bay window that boasts lovely sea views. The en-suite has a shower, WC, vanity unit, and heated towel rail. The family bathroom is also on this level with spa bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and heated towel rail. Upstairs on the top floor and you will find an open-plan living room/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is great for rustling up breakfast, preparing picnics or cooking up a storm for dinner with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. A comfortable lounge/diner has feature fireplace, plenty of seating, Smart TV with Sky as well as a dining table with six chairs. The third and fourth bedrooms are both super-kings one being a zip and link. One with a four-poster bed, bay window with seating, feature fireplace and chest of drawers, the other bedroom has an armchair and bedside tables, and can be made a twin on request, if required.

Outside through the door in the utility room you will find an enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture and pretty fairy lights. Enjoy dining alfresco after a busy day exploring. Parking is available for one car through a parking permit, but further parking can be found on the roadside nearby.

A superb property in an excellent location overlooking the seafront. Very Comfortable with high quality furniture and fittings and ideally placed at the centre of Cromer, would love to go back sometime.

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The beds were very comfortable and the house itself was furnished in a quirky and original way. Location was perfect and the views of Cromer beach from the kitchen/diner/living room were amazing.

Albion House is a stunning property with amazing views over Cromers seaside. The property is beautifully maintained and well equipped to give anyone staying there a special holiday.

We had a lovely holiday in Cromer and the house was perfectly situated in the centre and just yards from the beach. The view of the sea from the sitting room was lovely and very relaxing. It was very handy having the Co-Op practically on your doorstep.
