Just a couple of miles along the coast is the Loe, Cornwall’s largest natural lake neighbouring the bustling seaside village of Porthleven. Other attractions include the National Trust’s Penrose Estate, Flambards Theme Park and the RNAS Culdrose Public Viewing Area, all within 7 miles. A little further afield you can head east to St Michael’s Mount off the coast of Marazion, or west to the lively town of Falmouth, both within 17 miles.

Featuring a beamed ceiling, a TV, comfortable seating and a large choice of board games, the lounge is perfect for relaxing in after a fabulous day out. The stylish open-plan kitchen/diner is a charming space ideal for getting together and chatting about the day. You can gather round the dining table to share a family meal which you can rustle up in the fully equipped kitchen which has plenty of workspace. The first of the three bedrooms, a pretty double, is on the ground floor. Going upstairs, there are two bright and relaxing bedrooms, both with some low sloping ceilings and decorated in light soothing shades. The first is a cheerful king-size room with a dressing table, rural views and plenty of storage space. The second is a cosy twin room with a selection of books to browse before bedtime. The first floor also has a refreshing bathroom.
Stepping outside, the generous garden surrounds the property and features a patio with outdoor seating, making a lovely spot for a morning coffee. There’s also a handy outdoor games room and a secret garden area bordering a stream.
