Entering this friendly and airy property, the delightful lounge is a great spot to unwind in. With timber beams, an exposed stone wall and a warming wood burner set in a stone fireplace, this is a lovely space to relax, watch a movie or catch up with a good book. The light and bright kitchen/diner is perfect for preparing and sharing all your favourite dishes, with plenty of additional equipment in the utility cupboard. There’s also a handy shower on the ground floor. A steep staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find a refreshing bathroom and the first two bedrooms. There’s a cosy single room and a charming super-king-size room with an exposed stone wall. This room can be made up as a twin on request when booking. The final flight of steep stairs leads up and directly into the bedroom on the second floor. Featuring a small double bed, suitable for one guest, this cheerful room has a TV, a low sloping ceiling and glimpses over towards the river.
Stepping outside, there’s a small, raised terrace to the back of the property which is accessed via metal steps and makes a lovely suntrap. Featuring garden furniture, this is a lovely spot to spend a lazy summer’s afternoon.
