One of four properties, originally built as farm cottages set within 13 acres of rolling countryside, this striking accommodation features a cosy break away for a small family or group of friends. The charming village of Abercastle is just 1.1 miles away while the beach and village at Porthgain are 2.4 miles away. Walk the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and take in the sights and sounds of this beautiful part of the country.

Step into the large open/plan living/diner space with two-seater sumptuous leather sofas. Relax and recline while gazing at sea views framed with the rolling countryside. This area features a flat screen smart TV and a dining area with seating for four guests. The modern kitchen with striking subway tiles is the perfect place to prepare a Ploughman’s lunch. Bedroom one is an inviting space with a double bed and ample storage. Bedroom two offers two single beds plus storage. The bathroom features a large shower, heated towel rail, and WC. Guests have access to a communal utility area with a washing machine.

Savour alfresco dining on the patio with a brick-built BBQ. The property also benefits from a private lawned garden at the rear of the property and a kids’ play area.

Comfortable cottage with everything youd need in great location for joining the coastal path. Good pub in Trefin for evening meals, or St Davids short drive away.

This cottage has a great location with access to a small cove and the coastal path just a short walk from the cottage. There is plenty of outdoor space and a garden for guests. The owner is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. We visited the Ship Inn for meals which is a friendly and busy pub and also walked to the Sloop Inn on the coastRead moreal path for lunch, both were lovely. The TV reception and wi-fi were not good while we stayed and both were unavailable on many occasions, mobile phone signal was generally ok. Hide

Fabulous location, within a short walk through fields of both Trefin and Porthgain so we thoroughly enjoyed popping down to The Shed for exquisite fish and chips! Great cottage - seriously thinking of returning for another epic holiday in wonderful Pembrokeshire.

We had a lovely stay at the Cowshed. Situation is really perfect near Pembrobshire Cost Path. Welcome basket was very much appreciated.

Great base for photography and walking. This was our second stay at the owners properties we found them to be friendly and welcoming.

With the cottage advertised with a number of companies feel no loyalty to a particular company. Didn't like the 500 deposit or the 20 non-refundable charge for breakages options which all the companies now include but was new to us. We booked through Dog-Friendly Retreats, booking was processed through Wales Cottage Holidays but this email comes frRead moreom Original Cottages. Would recommend the cottage to friends but tell them to book with whichever company gives the best deal at the time. Hide
