This first-floor apartment in the heart of the historic quarter of a charming North Devon town is excellent for a couple or small family who like long walks, dining out and spending time by the sea. Where Exmoor meets the sea is the delightful town of Lynton. Here you’ll find a host of award-winning eateries, the famous Victorian, water-powered cliff railway (0.5 miles), and magnificent wildlife. The neighbouring picturesque village of Lynmouth is 0.5 miles away where you can stroll down to the harbour, Blacklands Beach (1 mile) and the popular Watersmeet walk (2.5 miles) through the gorge and along the river.

Climb the stairs to reach the front door of this first-floor apartment. Stepping inside, you’ll find yourself in the hallway, where you can hang up your coat and kick off your shoes as you begin your holiday to remember. Walking through into the open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room has a stylish design and luxurious touches. Straight in front of you is the comfortable lounge area with lively colours and contemporary lighting. Put your feet up on one of the two sofas or the armchair while watching a movie on the Smart TV. To the left-hand side of the seating, there is a bold feature fireplace. In front of the duo of large sash windows are a dining table and chairs for enjoying special mealtimes with your guests. The kitchen area on the left-hand side of the room is very easy on the eyes. Warm rose gold tones complement the swirls of white and grey in the locally sourced Granite surfaces. Adjust the ambient lighting to set the mood while you serve up some home-cooked delights as the Bluetooth speaker plays relaxing music. There are two bedrooms in this property, both of which ooze elegance and tranquillity. Inside the master bedroom, your eyes will be drawn to the full-height French door which leads out onto the glass Juliet balcony. This bedroom also boasts a high vaulted ceiling, its own dressing area and an en-suite with a walk-in power shower. The second bedroom has a cosy and boutique feel about it with a bold feature wall, comfortable armchair and another set of French doors which lead out onto the balcony. Continuing into the family bathroom, there is a double walk-in power shower and a designer mirror.
