Making a lovely holiday home for up to four guests, this charming property is ideally situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Llanbedrog. The village is home to a range of shops and some great places to eat and drink, along with the renowned Plas Glyn-y-Weddw arts centre. Llanbedrog has a beautiful sandy beach lined with colourful huts and with the Tin Man sculpture overlooking the headland. To the east the thriving town of Pwllheli is 4 miles away, or you can head 3 miles south to the delightful village of Abersoch, both offering some great pubs and restaurants. This stretch of shoreline offers a beautiful coastal path with chances to spot dolphins and seals out to sea.
Entering this stylishly designed property, head up the stairs which open directly into the bright and spacious first-floor open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The relaxing lounge is an ideal spot to get together to sit back in front of the warming wood burner and watch a movie or chat about the day. There’s a cheerful dining area over in the corner, and the sleek kitchen has a breakfast bar. Going back downstairs, the ground floor has a refreshing family bathroom and a choice of two cosy bedrooms: a light double bedroom and a cosy king-size room.
Patio doors open from the first-floor living area onto a lovely large south-facing balcony with tables and chairs, providing a pretty spot to take in sea views as you dine alfresco. Heading outside, the property has access to open-plan front and back lawns which are shared with the neighbouring properties.
