This first-floor apartment in an impressive detached house near the coast in the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is excellent for active families or a group of friends who love beach days. The property is situated in the friendly neighbourhood of Croyde Bay, which is between the Croyde village centre (0.5 miles) and the stunning, sandy Croyde Beach (0.5 miles). Don’t forget to bring your surfboards, as this place is known for its great surf. Inland, Croyde village boasts a number of fantastic eateries, serving up fresh local produce. Enjoy a scenic walk at National Trust Baggy Point (0.5 miles) or experience a thrill on a coasteering adventure.

Stepping inside the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, you’ll notice the touches of a tranquil seaside theme. There are two sets of large, glass, patio doors which lead out onto the balcony. Open the doors and breathe in the fresh air as you relax on the comfortable sofas with your guests in the living area. Very well situated and equipped property with lovely space outside for play and rabbit watching. Comfortable and easy walking to the beach.

Hi Really happy with the property. A couple more seats around the dinner table as there was five of us, and a microwave would have made it perfect. Great location only 5 minutes walk to beach. Comfy beds for a good nights sleep. Plenty of space in garden for the kids to play in too. Property was great value compared to some houses we have stopped iRead moren around Croyde. Will definitely stay there again Would book again sooner apart from the high up front deposits required through original cottages Hide
