Enjoying a fantastic secluded location, this stunning property offers fresh and elegant accommodation, perfect for larger families and groups of friends seeking an idyllic escape on the coast. Providing ample space for up to 10 guests, this stylishly decorated and tastefully furnished holiday home is just half a mile from the picturesque village of Porthcothan with its lovely beach and welcoming pub. More pubs and restaurants can be found in the delightful village of St Merryn, 3 miles north-east, with the popular Trevose Golf and Country club nearby. Further east, the thriving harbour town of Padstow is just under 6 miles away, with a fabulous array of famous seafood restaurants and opportunities for water sports and boat trips. Less than 10 minutes drive away you will also find the stunning Mawgan Porth. 

Entering this spacious, bright and welcoming property, the ground floor features a light-filled kitchen/diner which makes a fantastic space for you all to get together and relax. The main dining area is by the French doors, allowing plenty of light to stream in. There’s also a stylish breakfast bar over by the kitchen, along with plenty of seating and a Smart TV. You’ll find two bedrooms here: a king-size with French doors opening onto the garden, and a family room with twin beds, and a single bed with pull-out trundle bed, along with ample storage space. The ground floor also has a handy wet room and a refreshing family bathroom, as well as a utility room. Heading up the oak staircase, the first floor features a warm and inviting lounge. With plenty of seating, a lovely wood burner effect gas fire and a Smart TV, this is a wonderful space to unwind in at the end of a memorable day. French doors lead out onto a large, charming balcony where you can sit back with a glass of wine and take in the far-reaching views. The property has four airy and tastefully decorated bedrooms. On the first floor, you will also find two delightful en-suite king-size bedrooms, one with a handy dressing room, and both with plenty of storage space and pretty views.

Stepping outside, there’s a small garden and several decked areas and patios with outdoor furniture, each making a lovely spot for dining alfresco and taking in the glorious views over the countryside and out to sea.

Wow, what an amazing house. It was absolutely beautiful. Very well equipped, everything you could possibly need and fantastic views. We all had a fabulous time and would love to visit again. In fact I didnt want to leave!

Great location near the beach and coastal walks. A very spacious property which is well equipped comfortable and gives everyone the room they need. Fantastic views! Would thoroughly recommend it.

Immaculate house in a peaceful setting within walking distance of the beach. Well-equipped, spacious property adjacent to a farm field, small lane and a few other properties. The location is near a beach, South Coast Walk, National Trust properties, and the beautiful fishing village of Padstow, which is charming. The house was extremely spacious and well appointed, modern and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and the utility very useful for off the beach showering and doggie washing. Perfect for us all, adults, children and dogs

Fabulous holiday home! Absolutely huge, so much space, everything you could need, the kitchen/family/dining room is out of this world, such a fabulous family space. Lovely beach just down the road. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back!

We had the most fantastic week at Trevalga. The house is superb-spacious, light, very comfortable and in a perfect position close to the most beautiful beaches and the Cornish coastline. Fantastic for a family holiday. We would highly recommend it.

Generally a nice property, great location and view, spacious and near the beach. Some of the doors are becoming hard to open, and due to high winds doors and windows need to be kept closed otherwise the wind can go through the property and cause internal doors to slam, so perhaps some door securing device's could be made available?
