Pipistrelle Barn was everything we expected and more, fine furnishings throughout and was always lovely and warmtoo warm until we tweaked the thermostat. Just a short walk along the very quiet lane to a nice homely pub the Red Lion and not far from the main towns for our days out. If you have a dog there is a footpath at rear of property over openRead more field or just stroll along the lane where you rarely came across traffic. Would definitely recommend and wont hesitate to book again. Hide

The advert could have been clearer that the property is connected to the owners property and that it contains a connecting door (meaning that you can hear what is happening in the owners house). We wouldnt have booked this property if we had been aware of that. We also received no instructions in advance on where to park our cars, so we parked bothRead more cars on the drive, which resulted in the owner coming around at 9am on the first morning of our holiday to ask us to move one of them, which was less than ideal. We were also not able to control the heating in the property ourselves, as the boiler and the controls were in the owners property - we arrived very late on the the first day of our stay and the property was freezing cold, with the heating off and most of the radiators having been turned down.
