The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was super easy and the supply of cleaning basics at the property were a welcome addition that is missing in so many holiday lets. Great all round.

We like to be near places but not necessarily in them so this was perfect. The farmer and his family were all very nice. The cottage suited us in every way. Our holiday was really enjoyable.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! The cottage was furnished with everything one could want, together with a dishwasher and washing machine, cutlery, and more. The atmosphere was quaint, and the surroundings are superb. Very close to Matlock town. Fantastic hosts, helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This cottage was fine for what we wanted and had what we needed. The oven was a little awkward to light.
