Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150 metres from a sandy beach, this bright and cheerful holiday home is a superb accommodation option for a coastal getaway with family or friends. When you’re not busy swimming, picnicking or making sandcastles at Walcott’s beautiful beach, you can cycle the woodland trails at Bacton Wood (4 miles), play a round of golf in Mundesley (5 miles) or head to Wroxham (12 miles), hire a boat and spend a relaxing day meandering down the famous waterways of the Norfolk Broads National Park.
Step inside this lovely bungalow and you’ll find yourself in a wonderfully light and bright home away from home. Take a moment to unpack and then make yourself at home in the spacious sitting room. Sip a coffee and enjoy the view through the large patio doors into the conservatory. When it’s time for dinner, head to the kitchen to whip up a feast for your loved ones. With a built-in electric double oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and integrated dishwasher, cooking dinner is an absolute breeze. There’s also a handy utility room with a washer/dryer. Enjoy an informal dinner at the kitchen table or host a stylish party at the dinner table in the conservatory. There’s a lovely dining table and six chairs, comfortable seating and French doors that lead out onto the patio area and garden, so it’s a beautiful place to share a meal – and the views over the garden to the open fields beyond are wonderful. After dinner, enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or make your way to the sitting room to slip onto on of the large sofas and chill out in front of the OLED Smart TV with Netflix account. When it’s time for bed, there are three gorgeous bedrooms to choose from – one double and one double with access through to a twin with a truckle bed (truckle bed charged at £80 per booking). A bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the stylish layout.
Outside the bungalow, you’ll find a large enclosed lawned garden with a paved patio with garden furniture – the perfect place to host an al fresco dinner or relax with a drink. There is a fenced dyke at the end of the rear garden. Parking for three cars is available on the driveway.
