It’s just 2 miles from Overstrand, where you can stroll along the beach, and 3.5 miles from Mundesley, which also offers a chance to get your toes sandy on its beach. Lovely farmhouse in a great location. We had a few issues but the owners helped to resolve them very quickly. Very comfortable, excellent playroom/equipment and grounds for the children. Great beach at Overstrand, Bure Valley railway and NT properties nearby.

This is a lovely house in a great location. The extensive gardens are lovely and extensive, it was always possible to find a peaceful space. We loved the house and its characters and features. The garden was so big and beautiful. The location was quiet and perfect and close to Cromer and Sheringham. However you do have to drive to eat out or go to a shop. We did have a few concerns which we have shared separately with the owner. Beautiful house and fantastic garden. Very quiet area so you need to drive to eat out or get to the nearby beach at Overstand as there are no footpaths. Beautiful property though and decorated to a good standard. A few things were a bit tired but overall it was good.
