This inverse-level house is perfect for a small family or group of friends to enjoy a seaside break together. It is located in the charming little town of Abersoch, a former fishing village and now a popular seaside destination. The sheltered sandy beach is known for its clean and safe waters, so it’s a definite favourite with families. Have a go at sailing or kayaking, rent a beach hut for the week or hop on a boat trip out to the nearby St Tudwal's Islands. The house is centrally located in this attractive little town and there are waterfront restaurants, traditional pubs and lively little cafes all within 400 metres. Beyond the borders of this small seaside town the wide, open spaces of the Llyn Peninsula are waiting to be explored.
The house is arranged in reverse with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area upstairs. Guests enter into a spacious hallway and ascend the stairs to the open-plan living space. This room is bright and airy with floor-to-ceiling glass doors to one end that open onto a sunny balcony. This allows the light to stream in and opens up the living space to the outside. There are comfortable sofas and at night guests can draw the curtains, light the wood burner and get cosy. The kitchen is compact with a fold-down table for family meals. Downstairs there are two pleasant bedrooms, one king-size and one room with a double and a single bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and share the use of the family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
There is a south-facing upstairs balcony with a table and chairs. There is also a large lawn and garden that is shared with the neighbouring properties.
