Bright and airy, enjoy a hassle-free break at this modern and minimally styled holiday cottage. Situated within the popular seaside town of Swanage, only a mile’s walk from its centre, you can access cafes, shops and restaurants easily. For families, it’s conveniently close to the coast; fun-filled beach days can be enjoyed all along the Jurassic Coast. Less than half a mile away, you can take part in water sports, fossil hunting and scenic coastal strolls before enjoying the last of the sunshine in the garden of this relaxing retreat.

At the front of the property is the lounge, with plenty of seating, a TV and DVD; it’s a light and homely space, perfect for family films and sociable evenings. In the centre of the ground floor, there’s a dining room with a table and chairs for up to six and an additional sofa. Towards the rear of the property is the contemporary-styled kitchen, with everything you could need to whip up home-cooked meals. The family bathroom is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two generously-sized bedrooms, one double with an en-suite WC and a twin room, also with an en-suite WC.

Outside, a set of steps leads you from the property into an enclosed paved garden with a bistro table and chairs.

Lovely place to stay very quiet location a short stroll to the town centre and seafront . Everything you could ask for .had five nights away exploring local scenery and walks with a dog . Enjoyed Swanage and some decent restaurants too. Recommend the Narrows close to where we stayed on the high street going downhill to the town . Also ChilleRead mored Red. Very nice food . Relaxing place to stay enjoyed the area Hide

Lovely property, very well maintained and much more spacious than anticipated. Plenty of room for our family of 4 plus dog. Great kitchen and bathroom space with a nice shower. Fantastic location - an easy and quick walk down into Swanage and the seafront. Would highly recommend.

this house has everything you need & was all new clean & shiny ! short walk down hill into town. super close to great pub & convenience store. lovely welcome pack. really great - thank you so much !
