Absolutely amazing position over looking the harbour and out to sea whether in the comfy beds or enjoying a drink on the decking or from the lounge or from the dining room, spectacular views. The outdoor area is the best or the views that I've experienced in Cornwall.

Trebant does have a stunning view. The parking is not ideal - it was not possible to drive our vehicle up Darloe lane to park on the propertys driveway because the car has a low trim and the entrance to this road is very very steep. Even if we could have accessed this road, the driveway itself is extremely narrow, I cannot see that a wide car woulRead mored get on to the drive. We therefore parked at the top in the allocated space in the car park. This does however make transporting suitcases very challenging and you do have to be pretty fit to be able to do all this. The bedrooms on the bottom floor stay nice and cool even in very hot weather. The living area upstairs however gets very hot. The conservatory area which has seating in to enjoy the view gets so hot that you cant sit in it until its cooled down in the early evening. Blinds on the roof would help with this. We did have a few issues with cleanliness which were brought to the owners attention who confirmed they would take action. If you can cope with walking up and down very steep hills regularly then Trebant is worth a visit. It is a nice place to stay on holiday and really does have a spectacular view. Hide

Lovely stay, amazing views. Very comfortable stay, but must be prepared to walk up hills to get to location. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The property was in a perfect location for the views over the harbour and sea, however accessibility for a car was almost impossible but you did comment on this in the review, might be worth mentioning that if you have a disability or not in good health this might not be the ideal location, but other than that 5* Many thanks :) .
