An ideal family home, especially good location as it's an easy walk into Southwold. Best of all was the brilliant park at the end of the road, my grandchildren loved it.

The house and garden look a bit dated from the photos, but the property was actually very comfortable and well-equipped, with modern appliances. It is light and spacious, and there are plenty of places to sit in different areas. The bathrooms are small, but perfectly adequate. It is very close to Southwold, so it is easy to get to the beach or the Read moretown. The recreation area just round the corner is excellent for walking the dog, and you can walk further out into the countryside. Overall better than I expected. Hide

We arrived at Fallowfield on a dark miserable evening. However, the house was warm and the lights had come on and there was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree to add to the atmosphere. We also received a welcome pack of coffee, biscuits and milk which was very thoughtful. We stayed here over the Christmas period. We found the house to be Read morevery well equipped , everything we needed was available to hand to host Christmas festivities. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was handy to have a separate bedroom and bathroom downstairs for an elderly relative to stay in. Good size enclosed garden so safe for dogs and children. Everything has been well thought off. Definitely a nice play to stay. We would stay here again. Hide

Property was perfect for us as it had lots of space and a separate annex for my husband and me. He has Parkinsons and is unable to get up the stairs. The garden was very good and the house was very well equipped.

This was our second stay at Fallowfield so we obviously like the house, its size , layout and location have suited us well. We did feel it all looked a bit tired this year and would benefit from a bit of tlc.

This is a good accommodation that offers lots of space, plenty of bathrooms, a decent enclosed garden and plenty of beds. Its not particularly well appointed although it has most of what is needed. Safe for children as far as we could tell with one infant. Be careful parking cars under the tree at the front - large amounts of bird droppings may be Read morelikely! Also watch variable shower temperatures especially downstairs. Its a quiet location and a good base to travel to various places. It was clean and tidy on our arrival and WiFi was fine. Hide
