Perfect location, clean, not suitable for infants (no where for travel cot other then main bedroom which is a squeeze). Great place for a cosy few nights away and has everything you need.

The cottage was in an excellent location within walking distance of the main shops, restaurants and cafes which is fine if you haven't got a car as parking is a bit of an issue. However the parking is quite cheap (8.50 for 24 hours) which was a 4-5 minute walk from the cottage. There is also free parking on some of the side roads after 6pm in the eRead morevenings and all day Sunday. The property had excellent facilities - everything we would expect to use in our short stay including a washing machine, hoover and cleaning products which were handy. The sofa can pull out to make a bed which is comfortable for movie nights however the TV is not a Smart tv so there is no Netflix for example but this matter can be solved if you bring your own laptop or tablet. It was also useful to have an extra freezer in the cupboard which was very useful for us. Hide

Very clean and well furnished cottage. Wi-Fi was good, plenty of hot water and easy to operate the heating if we needed a boost, location is great- right at the heart of Holt and only 15 mins or so from various costal locations. Only downside is that there is no parking next to the cottage. Its true the public car park is only a 5 minute walk at moRead morest but was just a slight annoyance when arriving and then departing or if we got back to the cottage after bring out all day only to realise wed left something in the car! We really appreciated the lightness, cleanliness and comfort of the cottage. We would particularly recommend Holt country park and the woods around Felbrigg Hall for dog walking in the heat. Natural surroundings, some wild flower gardens near Letheringsett were a delightful discovery.
