Within 4 miles of the property, find yourself on the fantastic coastline of the Norfolk Coast AONB, walking along clifftops to spot seals at Blakeney (5 miles) or sand dunes in Holkham (14.5 miles). Those interested in the country’s Royal family must take a trip to Sandringham Estate (29 miles), whilst visitors hoping to explore local history will be taken aback by the vibrant city of Norwich (24 miles). Naturally, you must also mosey a few metres down the road to spend time discovering Holt itself, a characterful market town with fantastic Georgian architecture and independent businesses.

A gorgeous spot where original exposed brickwork meets stylish trending décor awaits right here. Step inside to find yourself in the inviting open-plan living space, complete with lounge, dining area and kitchen. Whether you’re cooking up a storm or simply relaxing in after an evening in one of the town’s many restaurants, this room offers a wonderful space in which to do so. Prepare meals in the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment, sitting down to enjoy them at the dining table. In colder months, throw a log or two on the wood burner and get settled on the sofa. Here you can switch on the Smart TV and find time to binge that box set you’ve been meaning to get stuck into. As the night draws to a close, a contemporary staircase leads directly on up to a king-size bedroom with fresh white walls and soft, inviting bedding. An en-suite shower room with WC, monsoon shower and heated towel rail is the final pitstop in this stunning holiday home.

Whether you're cooking at home or ordering in, warmer summer months call for the chance to dine alfresco. Step out onto the private, fully enclosed courtyard and utilise the bistro set for meals, morning coffee or late-night drinks. A handy outbuilding with washing machine and space to store bikes will also be of great use throughout your stay.

Everything you need in a brilliant location. Although the cottage was a bit snug, it had everything we needed for our stay, lovely comfy bed, plenty of hot water for the shower, and all finished to a high specification . We had a problem getting the oven going (probably my fault) , but the owner was with us within an hour or so and sorted it out. GRead morereat shops nearby in an attractive little town, I'd recommend a trip to Wells next the sea to enjoy the glorious beach. Hide

We absolutely loved our stay at 3 Port. The cottage is decorated and furnished very well. It is clean and very well equipped. Minimalist but at the same time very cosy. I loved the light from the dual aspect windows in the bedroom. The bed is very comfortable indeed. Despite being near the centre of things it was also really quite quiet in the eveniRead morengs. Ideal for a couple. We just loved being able to step outside our front door and be near to shops, cafes and restaurants. Holt has everything you desire in a location. It is near to many attractions, beaches and walks so provided a perfect base to explore especially as this was our first time to Norfolk. We made a great choice choosing this accommodation and highly recommend. Our dog loved his holiday too! Hide

The cottage, though small and compact, is a very comfortable and well equipped base from which to enjoy the many pleasures of Holt, the North Norfolk Coast and the wider area. If an evening sundowner in a fragrant garden is your thing, then the propertys small enclosed yard may not be for you. Having said that, there are plenty of local hostelriesRead more with pleasant gardens, so there are plenty of other opportunities for this. Hide

Low scores for poor cleanliness of the bathroom and some other areas of the cottage. The kitchen tape wobbles terribly and theres mould on the shower wall and sealant at the base of the shower.
