For a seaside holiday in beautiful Pembrokeshire, this charming holiday home provides comfortable and convenient accommodation for a large group. It’s in beautiful Tenby, a coastal resort with two sandy beaches, pubs and shops all within 500 metres of your front door. You could visit the impressive castle (0.5 miles) then enjoy a slap-up meal in one of the town’s many excellent restaurants. For a scenic stroll, head along the picturesque Pembrokeshire Coast Path to the remote Monkstone Beach (3 miles).
On the ground floor of this welcoming accommodation, there’s a cosy Victorian-style lounge with a coastal colour scheme. The pretty feature fireplace houses a gas fire for warmth, and there are two traditional alcoves in the wall. The inviting sofas are perfect for stretching out on in the evenings, and there’s also a TV to keep you entertained. There is a well-equipped kitchen and the dining room, with a traditional tiled floor, is a lovely space to enjoy meals together. It has a feature brick fireplace with a gas fire, a table and chairs for eight, plus a TV. Head through an archway to reach a separate sun room, which has comfortable seating and sliding French doors leading out to the garden. Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor – a king-size with a TV, a double with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin with bunk beds that’s ideal for children. The main bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and WC, is also on this middle floor. Up in the eaves of the house, you’ll find a second twin room, a lovely space with a vaulted ceiling, large skylights and colour-changing lighting. There’s also a day bed featuring a pull-out bed underneath which can be made into two single beds, or a super-king-size.
Out the back, you’ll have access to an enclosed west-facing garden with two patio areas and plenty of furniture, including a dining table that can be extended to seat eight, a rattan sofa and a coffee table. There’s a built-in gas BBQ if you fancy an al fresco feast. Adjacent to the patio is a large Astroturf area.
