Take a stroll to the pier (0.5 miles) to see the famous eccentric amusements and walk the 623ft out to sea on the boardwalk or head to the harbour (1.3 miles) to catch the rowboat ferry across to the quintessential village of Walberswick for a spot of crabbing. On the outskirts of the town, is Southwold Maize Maze (1.8 miles) a great place of outdoor adventure for the whole family. Another lovely place to spend a sunny afternoon is The Southwold Flower Company (1.5 miles) where you can pick your own flowers to take home.

As you enter this Victorian cottage, you are welcomed into the kitchen that is fully equipped with appliances, plenty of crockery for entertaining, a large dining table to enjoy your culinary efforts together and a wood burner to cosy up to in the chillier months. French doors also lead straight into the garden where you can revel in the sunshine having your morning coffee, a lazy lunch or an evening tipple. The first of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and hosts a comfy double bed whilst a further two bedrooms are upstairs. One, a generous king size bedroom and the other a twin room which looks out towards the garden and with glimpses of the church. The family shower room is shared between all bedrooms and has a large rainforest shower. The lounge is also upstairs and a great place to come and unwind. Squishy sofas with handmade cushions await you to snuggle into with a good book or to watch a movie on the Smart TV.
