At the centre is The Thoroughfare, a pedestrianised shopping street lined with many Georgian and Victorian buildings. You’ll find bakeries, clothing and gift stores, plus restaurants and cafes. There’s also The Cut which is the town’s art centre with many shows, musicals, craft shows and more taking place throughout the year. The nearest beach is at Walberswick, 9 miles away, which has a stone-and-sand shoreline.
As you enter the property on the ground floor, you have a handy coat and shoe cupboard. Then there is the kitchen/diner that’s fully equipped with fitted units, a range cooker and Nespresso coffee machine. There’s also an extendable dining table that seats up to eight guests. Next to the kitchen is a cloakroom with a WC, while there’s also a handy utility room. The living room is a modern and bright room with two sofas, an armchair and a footstool around the Smart TV. For extra warmth when you need it, there is a wood burner-effect electric fire. You can also access the courtyard garden through the French doors. Up on the first floor are the first three bedrooms: two doubles and a bunk bedroom. There’s also a shower room on this floor. On the second floor, there is the final fourth bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room.
Outside, the property offers a front enclosed courtyard, plus a rear enclosed courtyard, both with seating.
