Located in the gorgeous seaside village of Beadnell, this charming home is perfect for a romantic holiday. Beadnell is renowned for water sports such as surfing, kite surfing and paddleboarding. Experience the many coastal walks and cycle trails Beadnell has to offer towards the villages of Seahouses (2 miles) and Bamburgh (5.5 miles). It’s also close to the historic market town of Alnwick (13.5 miles), where you can explore gardens, the castle and the Northumberland National Park.

This homely, one-bedroom bungalow has a glazed entrance with storage space on arrival. The lounge area is full of home comforts including leather sofas, an electric fire, a smart TV and a dining table seating four guests. The kitchen is well equipped for rustling up tasty home-cooked meals during your stay, and there is a handy washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and storage, and a shower room completes the accommodation.

Cottage is in a good location for all facilities of Beadnell which we loved. Beach is lovely along with great food and coffee at the Landing. Caster Arms is also great for food with lovely garden and all dog friendly.

Good, quiet location and very close to the beach. The town has several coffee shops and restaurants and there are historic sites and towns all within thirty minutes travel. The cottage is attached to several others and we found noise an issue from more than one of them.

The property is comfortable and well kept. I would class it as cosy, the heating provided is more than adequate to keep it toasty, we visited between Christmas and new year and although it was cold outside it was lovely inside. The bedroom is small but again adequate. My husband, myself and our dog enjoyed our stay. Its in walking distance to the Read morebeach and 3 different eateries. For the space I felt it was quite expensive however I dont know if that is the going rate for the area. There is everything you need in the kitchen to cook for yourselves and a small welcome pack of eggs, milk and some bread rolls was a pleasant surprise. Hide

Seal cottage is lovely. Very clean, well equipped and in an ideal location being just a short walk to Beadnell Beach. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

The web site mostly describes the property . The level of cooking facilities was good apart from the frying pan which was a lower quality than the other items and did not sit flat on the hob The reason i did not give a 10 score was that the website did not state the property was back to back with the other bungalows and if you raised your voice yoRead moreu could have a conversation with the neighbours. Seal cottage was in a good location in Beadnell, ,lovely welcome pack very much appreciated ,it felt small inside , but we had ok weather so we were out most of the time , lovely walks around the area . We even walked to Seahouses

Lovely property in beautiful area. Close to Beadnell Bay and a short journey to Seahouses and Bamburgh Castle. The coastline is picturesque and well worth a visit.

A spacious property ample for two persons. Seperate kitchen a good feature. Ideally located for local pubs and a good base for visits to Seahouses, Bamburgh and Lindisfarne. Also a 5 minute stroll to sea front with lovely sandy beach just a short walk along sea front.

A little walk between the designated parking slot and the property might be a challenge for some. Also, some coasters and crockery were not clean. The coffee maker was a specific model with no appropriate coffee provided; a more general-purpose coffee maker would have been useful.
