Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Trevaughan, this lovingly decorated holiday bungalow has great access to the Pembrokeshire coast and its numerous attractions, making it the ideal base for a small group or family looking to explore the area. Located to the south of Whitland, the property is close to Whitland Railway Station if guests would prefer to explore car-free. Venture out on walks or bike rides straight from the door to discover the stunning scenery and wildlife on the nearby hills and coastline. Cast a line on the Taf River, which meanders through the village, or wander into the market town of Whitland (the town centre is 0.5 miles away) to sample the local fare at the pubs and cafes or to do a spot of shopping. For a great day out, visit the golden beaches of Amroth (6 miles away) or Saundersfoot (11 miles). Alternatively, head to neighbouring beach Coppet Hall (10 miles away) for an afternoon of paddleboarding followed by watching the sun set over the horizon.
The pretty bungalow has one step up to the front door but is otherwise step-free. It has a lovely lounge with two comfortable sofas and an electric fire to make it warm and cosy on chilly evenings. Patio doors lead to the conservatory where you can take a cuppa and a book or just relax and look out over the garden. The clean and bright kitchen/diner is well equipped and has a dining table and chairs for four, and a TV for lone eating/cooking. The property has two good-sized bedrooms both with storage: an attractive king-size room with a TV, and a pretty twin room. There’s a shower room with a large shower (with a step up to it) and a handrail for extra safety.
The outside space is excellent with a large, tidy garden at the front and a secure garden at the rear with a lawned area. The garden has established borders with pretty planting and a patio with an outdoor table, chairs and bench, perfect for everyone to relax in the sunshine.
