The cottage enjoys a tucked-away location in the seaside village of Mundesley. Pack your buckets and spades and wander down to the soft, golden sand; hire one of the colourful beach huts or head along the beach to find your own little tranquil haven. After a day at the beach, stroll into the village centre to dine in one of the independent restaurants or sip a pint in a cosy pub. There are some spectacular walks branching away from the village, thanks to the stunning Norfolk Coast Path, taking you to Cromer (7 miles) or Sea Palling (10 miles). Nearby family attractions include the heritage steam train at Sheringham (12 miles) and the Pavilion Theatre in Cromer.
The exquisite property has been impeccably decorated and furnished, with great care and attention taken to build a relaxed and stylish home. Quirky accessories and colourful artwork have been used to create a truly unique backdrop to your holiday. At the heart of the home is the magnificent lounge, where hues of blue reflect the property’s fabulous coastal setting. Recline on one of the plush sofas to watch the Smart TV or listen to music on the Sonos sound system. Come together for memorable mealtimes in the impressive kitchen/diner, which has everything you need to prepare dinners for the group, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and Nutribullet. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Dine around the large table, or perch at the breakfast bar to plan your itinerary over a morning coffee (with help from the Alexa speaker), whilst listening to your favourite tunes on the Sonos sound system. Completing the ground floor is a handy cloakroom with a WC. Heading upstairs, you’ll find four elegant bedrooms. The first is a king-size with far-reaching sea views, as well as a TV. This bedroom has a beautiful en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Next is another king-size, again with a TV for enjoying lazy mornings in bed. The third bedroom is a double and the final bedroom is an inviting twin. All four bedrooms come with Alexa speakers. The family bathroom has a sumptuous free-standing bath to sink into at the end of a busy day, as well as a separate rainfall shower and WC.
French doors lead from the lounge to the fantastic garden, which is tucked away and not overlooked. There’s a sunny patio where you can dine alfresco and a step from here leads down to the large lawn, where there’s ample room for children and dogs to play. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
