A charming stone staircase leads up the outside to the pretty front door. This quaint two-storey cottage opens onto a beautiful living area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and dining table. A lovely, well-equipped kitchen space is perfect for post-beach snacks. The first floor consists of a family bathroom, and three bedrooms including a charming double room with sea views from the bay window, a second delightful double, and a cosy twin room.

Excellent location. Rental is two minutes walk to beach, harbour, restaurants, pubs and shops. Parked at the RFC, 50 for the week. Local hop on/off buses easy to use. Our teenagers were safe to walk around on their own, during the day and evening. Lots to do. Two of our children (17yrs) took the train via Paddington, which was straightforward and Read morea good price with a saver card. The rest of us travelled by car and we all arrived at the same time. Perfect holiday. Hide

You won't find a property in St Ives more conveniently positioned. Absolutely lovely house. Thoroughly recommend a stay

14 virgin Street is extremely well positioned in the heart of St Ives, situated on a charming cobbled lane which was decorated with cornish bunting during our visit. Within minutes you can either be on any of the towns beaches or at the shops and restaurants. A period property, you get a sense of how life in St Ives might have been. Lovely property in a prime location. Had everything you could need to make your stay very comfortable. Great to book and very accommodating when we needed to make a change. Thanks for a lovely stay. Would definitely come and stay again!
