Many footpaths lead out across the surrounding fields and woodland, so walkers will be well served without having to drive. The pretty village of Kilmington is 2 miles away with several good pubs and Millers Farm Shop. Visit Schute Barton medieval house or The River Cottage. The stunning Jurassic Coast is a mere 5 miles away with its dramatic coastal path and golden sands. For a day on the beach head to the charming seaside town of Seaton and enjoy its laidback atmosphere. For a little more action lively Lyme Regis is less than 10 miles away with its glorious beaches and a good range of eateries and entertainment.
With plenty of privacy and lovely views, this holiday home offers its guests pure peace and tranquillity. The access is level with three small steps up to the deck and front door. The pod has a large open-plan living and sleeping area with a curved wooden roof. There’s a snug lounge area and a compact kitchenette and dining table to the front. Tucked away behind the sofa is a cosy double bed. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is off to the side. Underfloor heating throughout ensures that guests stay warm and comfortable whatever the season.
The wooden deck immediately outside the front door is set with two comfortable chairs where guests can sit and admire the view. There are lawns surrounding the pod backed by mature hedges and dotted with fruit trees. The outside space feels very private and there are sun loungers beneath the bows of an apple tree as well as a table and chairs set up for dining in the open air. A gas-fired BBQ is available for guests to use.
