You’ll want for nothing when staying in this stunning converted coach house, a skilfully updated property offering up to five guests the chance to make happy memories together. The property is located in Glororum, a picturesque hamlet that’s just 1 mile from Bamburgh, 4 miles from Seahouses and 6 miles from Beadnell. An abundance of Northumberland attractions are within effortless reach – walk across the causeway (12 miles) to Holy Island to spot puffins and seals from the isle, enjoy a long walk around the spiritual haven of St Cuthbert’s Cave (11.5 miles) or take a step back in time in the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed (18.5 miles). You may wish, however, to keep it simple with a trip to a local beach; Bamburgh Beach is just 2 miles away and offers sandy shores and some brilliant conditions for surfing.

Complete with a tonal colour scheme and homely décor, this inviting holiday let invites you to relax from the moment you arrive. There’s a generous allocation of space for relaxing as a family on the ground floor. Discover a kitchen/diner where delicious meals can be enjoyed together. The shaker-style kitchen features all the up-to-date appliances you may need to feed the crew and the dining table comfortably sits up to eight guests. After dinner, step through into the lounge where a wood burner-effect electric fire injects a cosy ambience. As well as books and games, this room has been furnished with a Smart TV to fill those restful nights. A final utility room and ground-floor cloakroom complete the downstairs offering. Continue up to the first floor to find two welcoming bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a Smart TV and far-reaching views and the second is a triple bedroom with an optional pull-out bed for guests if required, (please query on booking). Both bedrooms are served by a contemporary family bathroom.

A real gem throughout the summer months, this property offers private access to a large, enclosed garden, set to lawn, with a furnished patio area and charcoal BBQ. Younger visitors will be pleased to find outdoor toys to play with and the addition of a large games barn with table tennis, table football and more. This room is fully heated and can be watched over from the sofas in the lounge. There is also a lockable storage room for storing golf clubs, bikes and surfboards.

As above , location is fantastic and property was very clean and comfortable . Only 5 mins drive to Bamburgh beach and nearby pubs and restaurants . Good sized second bedroom to accommodate the three grandchildren who also loved the games room .

The Coach House was well equipped and the separate games room was full of things to keep children of all ages occupied on the inevitable odd rainy day. I would book this property again for a holiday in Northumberland.

Really lovely property in a great location. Great space. Child friendly - the playroom was well utilised. Everything you should need for a self catering week away

Love the property, is ideal for a holiday with children and was immaculately clean. Only issues were reported on last stay and still persist - minor issue is that tv remote does not work properly. Much bigger issue is there is a bluebottle nest in the velux window of the master bedroom so that if the window opens dozens of flies fly in.
