An entrance porch has space for outdoor coats and shoes and leads to a bright and modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The open-plan lounge and dining area features an electric fire and a range of books, games and CDS, as well as a dining table. The conservatory opens out onto the garden and has views of the marina, and the bathroom features a bath with an overhead rain shower. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and the other has twin beds. Both have an Alexa, wardrobes and reading lamps.
