Set in the quaint village of Dersingham, this lovely bungalow is the ideal rural retreat for small families or groups of friends. Take a stroll around the village and stop off in the tearoom for a tasty treat. Or head to Sandringham (1.5 miles) to explore the 600-acre Royal Park or experience an afternoon tea fit for royalty in the restaurant. Make a beeline for Snettisham Beach (5.5 miles) to stroll the sand and look out for the birdlife that lives in the adjacent expanse of heathland and marsh. If you want to stretch your legs a little further, head to the pretty village of Heacham (5 miles) and walk 2 miles along the promenade to the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton – a great spot to catch the sunset.
Step inside and you’ll be met by a lovely sitting room/dining area with plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs and a pretty wood burner to stretch out in front of each evening. A Smart TV and Alexa speaker add to the overall ambience of relaxation. When it’s time for dinner, head to the kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need – an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine – to make hosting an absolute breeze. Get everyone together to eat at the table in the dining area before stretching out in front of the wood burner in the sitting room and watching your favourite TV shows. When it’s time for bed, there are two lovely double bedrooms to choose from down the hall. A family bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC completes the layout of this wonderful bungalow.
Outside, you’ll find a lovely lawned garden with mature plants to the front of the bungalow and an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture to the rear. Private parking is available.
