In this rural location, you'll be surrounded by peaceful countryside with the sea in the distance too. Situated near a fishing lake in a stunning valley within Snowdonia National Park, the breathtaking scenery includes the ruins of Ynysypandy Slate Mill which is visible from the property. Snowdonia is a haven for scenic walks, it also has the Cwm Ystradllyn Quarry, just under 3 miles away.
The ground floor starts off with a front porch and storage area. You then enter the large homely lounge with an Inglenook fireplace and wood burner. Cosy up on the leather sofa or two armchairs and watch a film on the TV. You also have access to an original and steep, spiral stone staircase from here. The next room is the kitchen. It has a Rayburn (winter only), a large farmhouse table and chairs, SkyTV and two armchairs. There’s a separate utility room with a washing machine, fridge and freezer. The final two rooms on the ground floor are a shower room with a WC and a boot room. The first floor is accessed via the spiral stone steps, with a handrail. Bedroom one has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, bedside cabinets and mirror. Bedroom two offers a king-size bed with bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom three has a single bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.
The garden is an enclosed space with a patio area, rattan furniture, table and chairs and beautiful views. You can also use a disposable BBQ during your stay. There’s plenty of private parking with space for up to four cars.
