The property is amazing with lovely grounds. We had everything we needed. Close to Cromer and Sheringham. The cottage is big enough that you don't get under everyone's feet. Highly reccomended

A lovely spacious house with lovely gardens and plenty of outdoor space. Located close to the train station, although be aware of needing to walk down a busy road to get there, and about 30 minutes walk from West Runton beach

We very much enjoyed our visit to Rose cottage. There were seven of us in total. Its a great spot for local sight seeing and golf clubs. Great outside spaces to enjoy, an established garden with lots of birds and deer to enjoy. Clean and tidy with good facilities in the house. Good, adequate parking also available.

Wonderful, quiet and peaceful place to stay. Equipped with almost everything you didn't know you needed. Perfect for a long stay winter or summer. Lots of places to choose from to hide away from the others to do the "nothing" of your choice. Absolutely perfect and I will be back again as soon as I can.

Rose cottage is in a unique location - it's like being in your own oasis and it is as the pictures. There is great space for spreading out if you have kids of different ages. The locally sourced products in the welcome pack were lovely, especially the wine. As a family of 6 we loved the space, and the garden is special for some things you won't waRead morent to go out and about as you have an oasis of calm to enjoy. Our first time visiting the area we would recommend it on location for the Shire horse sanctuary (free entrance), West Runton Beach, Cromer and Sheringham close by if you want more to do. We went to Norwich and Wells too. Lots to do more than enough for a week. Since arriving home we saw the local Rocky Bottoms on the TV programme of Norfolk and Suffolk too - it is close by. We enjoyed the fair that was visiting east runton playing fields. There are supermarkets not far - Morrisons and Lidl and the little local convenience store is worth a visit. If you are considering this area and want somewhere a little different then this is a great choice. Hide
