The historic city of Norwich is to the west (11 miles), with its popular market, medieval castle, two beautiful cathedrals, the vibrant Norwich Lanes and the idyllic Plantation Garden. To the east is the breathtaking Hardley Flood, a beautiful site on the cusp of the Norfolk Broads, which offers 125 miles of waterways for you to explore. Local attractions include Pettitts Animal Adventure Park, the Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum and the popular seaside resort of Lowestoft (all within 17 miles).
Approached through the landscaped parkland of a private school, this pretty getaway is set on one level and features a lovely open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Offering a Smart TV and comfortable seating, the lounge makes a great space to snuggle up in the evening, watch an old movie, catch up with a good book or chat about the day’s events. You can share a fantastic romantic meal for two around the central dining table as you plan the next day’s adventures. Towards the back of the room, the stylishly arranged kitchen has plenty of equipment including an electric oven, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and a microwave. At the end of the day when it’s time to retire for the night, head through to the cosy and tastefully decorated bedroom where you will find a comfortable double bed. The accommodation is rounded off with a refreshing bathroom which is complete with an electric shower over the bath and a WC.
Stepping outside through the patio doors, the fully enclosed private courtyard has a choice of outdoor furniture and makes a delightful space for a morning coffee and dining alfresco. The courtyard shares an entrance with the property next door, and there’s a large, shared lawn around the properties.
