This delightful two-storey apartment in the popular coastal town of Swanage makes for a great base for a relaxing seaside holiday. Sleeping four, it’s ideal for families or friends and offers easy access to local attractions. Swanage Bay and the shopping district are less than half a mile away from the flat, making it an ideal location for walkers and water sports enthusiasts. The Blue Hole swimming Nature Reserve and Tearooms is 10 miles away and Studland Bay and the nearby nature reserve are 3.5 miles away. Historic Corfe Castle is 6 miles away and Bovington Tank Museum and Monkey World are both 16 miles away.

A stylish property with elegant contemporary furnishings offers a distinctly homely feel. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining room with plush, comfortable seating in the lounge and a dining table for four – eat dinner here and then relax in this lovely place and watch the Smart TV. In the separate kitchen, you'll find all the amenities you need in a slender and sleek space. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a family shower room.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seagrass, the cottage was immaculate, beds were really comfortable and the owners had clearly thought carefully about providing items that would both be useful and would make the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. We have stayed in lots of self catering cottages and this was by far the best that we have stayed in. Read moreThe location was superb, only a short walk down to the beautiful seafront. Seagrass is in a quiet area, free parking and only within a few minutes walk until you're on the sea front. The house is beautifully clean and comfortable with everything you would need. Don't hesitate to book ! We loved it. Swanage has something for everyone, the beach, safe swimming, fish n chips, restaurants, swanage steam railway which runs toRead more Corfe castle and the pretty village of Corfe to wander around and explore. Fabulous walks in both directions one towards old Harry rock and Studland the other way from the life boat station to Dulston castle, Tilly Whim caves and lighthouse. The pier to wander along, We sat with a beer watching the boats coming and going, dogs swimming and families crabbing, very relaxing . Lulworth cove and Durdle door are a must to visit. Lovely place! As all the other reviews state. Really good location. The owners obviously care about their guests and act on suggestions left in their comments book. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Seagrass was perfect for our break, the property was very clean, well presented and equipped with adequate essentials including some necessities for when you first arrive. Loved the welcome card with the Seahorse. The location was excellent for access to all of the places we wanted to visit and for longer walks, a short walk to the lovely beachfronRead moret, shops etc. The steam train to Corfe castle was within walking distance too, which enabled us to leave the car for the whole day. A really wonderful little find in Swanage, its modern and well equipped little home away from home. We enjoyed our stay at Sea Grass, the property was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a relaxing break. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The location was ideal being only a few minutes walk from both the beach and town centre.

The property is very comfortable and well equipped. It is in an excellent location in Swanage with the added benefit of providing parking right outside the property. We had a most enjoyable holiday staying there.
