Go for a dip at Shoalstone Seawater Pool, which is open between May and September, and just under 1 mile from the property. Walk into Brixham centre (under 500 metres) to explore shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, or hop on a ferry from Brixham Harbour to visit Torquay (8.5 miles), Paignton (5.5 miles) or Dartmouth (5 miles).

The second bedroom is set up as a twin room with 2’6” beds that can be zipped together to make a king-size bed if requested. Also on this floor is the large family shower room, plus a small utility room. The upper floor benefits from a spacious and sociable lounge/dining area, which offers beautiful views of the inner harbour. This room has two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a warming wood burner, so it’s the ideal spot to cosy up after a busy day. The lounge also has a dog crate so your four-legged friend has somewhere to disappear and doze off to when they've been on a day of adventure.
The front of the property offers a small patio area with a bench, providing wonderful views of the inner harbour and along Torbay. Grab your morning coffee and enjoy a peaceful moment here for the perfect start to the day. At the rear of the property, you will find a terraced multi-tiered garden with a west facing raised decked area with a bench, which offers spectacular uninterrupted and far reaching views of Brixham, Torbay and along the South Coast.
