The views are utterly stunning. And its very peaceful!! Enclosed garden, great for the dogs. Small stream at the end of the garden. Plenty of parking. Great water pressure and a brilliant shower for a holiday let! With the heating on its lovely and warm. Lit the fire one night, its a very good log burner. Characterful thick walls. As a couple we literally used only half the property, we slept in the central bunk bed room as it was a cosier space. Hardly used the lounge as kitchen/diner so big. So this is in fact an awesome family cottage all one the ground floor, lots of space! Thoroughly recommend this unique stunning location and solid large cottage. Hide

Cottage is both spacious and cosy with fabulous views. Great location for exploring Snowdonia and Anglesey and short 10 min drive to Bangor with many supermarkets and shops. We loved the sheep and cows in surrounding fields. Lovely walks from the doorstep. We were all sad to leave at the end of the week.

Beautiful location overlooking Anglesey and the sea. Comfortable cottage with good facilities. Great location for exploring all the area has to offer but remote enough for a very peaceful break. Our only disappointment was the 5 pm check in which we didnt realise when we booked.

A very nice place for a holiday in beautiful Wales. Especially the kitchen, with large windows, where you can enjoy the sun by day and sunsets at evening. The views are stunnishing. The grounds are fenced so dogs stay safe. It is a truly silent place and both Anglesey and the Mountains are nearby.

Perfect location to enjoy the quietude of the countryside and watch the sunset over the Mennai. Easy access to all the wonderful castles and mountains in the area. The last little section you need to drive to get to the cottage is through a field gate and is a little rutted.

A beautiful cottage in a quite remote location with great views towards Bangor and the Menai straits. This is a great base to explore north Wales and Anglesey, has the feeling of 'getting away from it all' but only 15 minutes from shops and amenities of Bangor, and 5 mins from the A55 expressway. The house is nicely refurbished and warm with a log Read moreburner, and good for people with dogs. There is a large sitting room and there are lovely views from the dining area in the kitchen. The two gates to the property are slightly awkward to open, needing two people, and the garden nice but not completely dog-proof, so care needs to be taken due to the flocks of sheep in proximity. The Wifi in the house is functional but patchy. Overall though, we had a really nice time there and would recommend. Hide

Disappointed that no one emailed to say the wood burner was not working, as this was one of the reasons why we booked this cottage. The pans in the kitchen were dirty and some had the non stick surface peeling. As there was only two of us using the cottage there was enough kitchen pots and pans but for 6 you would be struggling to cook a meal. It wRead moreould have been helpful to have had a welcome note to explain how certain equipment in kitchen worked ie Microwave and also the heating worked. This all sounds very negative it is not meant to be a criticism, we really enjoyed our stay and the location is brilliant with no passing traffic noise. Hide
