Head to Bolton Castle (17 miles away) to explore the impressive medieval castle and gardens, with a maze and vineyard. The town of Settle is 26 miles away and has a fascinating rich heritage. It is well worth visiting the bustling market town of Kendal (21 miles away), which has an intriguing history and regular cultural events to enjoy.
