This is a really lovely place to unwind whilst enjoying all that Swanage and the Jurassic coast have to offer. Attention to detail is everything, and this place delivers with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious sitting room and dining area, warm and comfortable bedrooms and high quality bathrooms. We particularly liked the underfloor heating, as ourRead more dog is 'middle aged' and so are we. The decor is cleverly retro and modern combined, with a real feeling of quality and that someone with an excellent eye for colour and design put effort and love into this home from home. Excellent accommodation, excellent level of cleanliness and excellent welcome pack, including a bottle of prosecco and a vase of fresh roses! As well as the side parking space for a smaller car there is room to park a large car at the front of the property. Note though that the access road is unadopted and quite rough going. The property is on tRead morehe hilly side of town with only a 7/8 minute walk down to the town but a 10/11 minute, challenging walk back up the steep hill. The small decked patio area is ok for small dogs but is very overlooked. Nice though for sitting out in the evening sunshine with your glass of prosecco! Hide

A beautiful apartment refurbished to a high standard & very close to Durlston Park (my reason for being a regular visitor to Swanage) including a state of the art kitchen. (Helpful to know that the fridge is in fact two draws!) The on-suite bedroom is very tight on space with no cupboard or wardrobe space but plenty available to share in the other Read morebedroom. There is a very narrow off street parking bay but very difficult to open my Fiat 500 EV car doors once in, however plenth of free street parking. Roses, prosecco a nice touch, thank you. Hide

We had a very enjoyable stay at Netton House last week. The house was spotless and contained every you would need. Very close to the town but it is on top of a steep hill. The morning walk down to the bay with the dog was lovely with wonderful sea views. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Spotlessly clean property with lovely comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Great location as Swanage town is walkable but property on a steep hill. Small decking area outside with a gate to the back of the property so made sure that was shut when our dog went out. Very enjoyable stay will definitely be back.

What a superb little house this is, beautifully equipped and exceedingly clean. We had an excellent stay with friends and the two double bedrooms were very comfortable. The walk to and from town was not too far and the hills will keep you fit!! Our dogs loved their morning walk to the park each day! The driveway was very small (as stated in the prRead moreoperty information) and our car was too big to fit, but there is plenty of roadside parking nearby so this was not an issue. Hide

Excellent and unique property on a steep hill in Swanage. A high standard of equipment and furnishings kept in good order and spotlessly clean. Our cat loved it too, and she found a great vantage point on the ledge overlooking the stairs. Alternatively a 20 min. walk up the hill an you'll find a country park with view to sea over the cliffs. Hide

The property is lovely but the second bedroom has nowhere to put anything. It would have been better without the en-suite to make wardrobe/drawer space. Lovely to be able to walk into town but Id forgotten how hilly Swanage is!
