Situated 7 miles from the village of Leeaun and 8 miles from Cornamona, it is also just 6.5 miles from the beautiful lake of Lough Na Fooey, with its sandy beach and waterfall. The village of Maam, with its shop, restaurant and pub is 2.5 miles away. Venture 14.5 miles to the Delphi Adventure Centre to try your hand at a range of exciting water and land sports. The magnificent Connemara National Park, with its wild terrain and beautiful colours, is a 19.5-mile drive.

The lounge, where you can light the wood burner in the inglenook fireplace, has comfortable leather seating arranged so you can also watch TV. French doors in here can be opened up to the garden on fine days. The adjacent kitchen/diner is also a superb space and can be reached via two steps from the lounge. Here, you will find everything you need to help you cater for your party, plus a table to gather around at mealtimes. There are two lovely cottage-style bedrooms at this hideaway. Both are double in size, one with a 5’ bed, and they share the family bathroom.
The garden has space for outside dining and relaxation. The wider grounds can also be explored. Guests are asked to supervise children and pets as there are many ponds.
