Comprising three incredibly-well designed individual properties to provide accommodation for families and groups of up to 16 people, these cottages provide an opportunity to get everyone together. Situated on a working vineyard on the edges of Romney Marshes within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it’s an ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts and walkers, who’ll find plenty of trails accessible from the front door. The historic village of Tenterden, known as the ‘jewel in the Weald’ with Georgian and Victorian architecture and a wealth of independent shops, traditional pubs and places to eat, is 7 miles away. Beach walks and bird-watching opportunities at Dungeness are 15 miles away.
The three properties within this complex are eco-friendly with sustainable credentials, including a ground source heat pump and solar panels. Comprising one cottage with four bedrooms and two cottages with two bedrooms, each boasts plenty of space, luxurious finishes and unique character. The open-plan living and dining areas of the properties feature wood burners and exposed beams, and are spacious and filled with light, offering ample opportunity for gathering and relaxing together. Kitchens are modern and well-equipped, with everything needed for a fabulous self-catering break. The two-bedroom properties offer one super-king-size and one twin bedroom each, while the four-bedroom property has two king-size rooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), one double and one twin room. Bathrooms and shower rooms are individually designed and well-appointed. One of the two-bedroomed properties includes ramp access.
Outside the properties, guests can enjoy an enclosed garden and large terrace area with views over the countryside. There are private hot tubs outside all three properties.
