This beautifully renovated holiday cottage, situated in a peaceful part of Abersoch, less than a mile from the beach, provides perfect holiday accommodation for groups of friends and family. Abersoch is a popular seaside resort, home to internationally recognised sailing waters where a number of water sports are on offer. The village also offers an array of shops, restaurants and pubs. If you fancy a stroll, the Wales Coast Path is nearby, which takes in some of the most spectacular scenery along the Llyn Peninsula.

This stylish cottage is flooded with natural light and cleverly designed with a reverse-level layout to take full advantage of the surrounding landscape, with panoramic views of Abersoch, the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia's iconic mountain range. On the ground floor are three of the property’s four bedrooms; one super-king-size, which can be arranged as a twin on request, one twin and one double. All bedrooms are carpeted and furnished with elegant decor. There is also a contemporary bathroom and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs on the first floor, the generous L-shaped open-plan living space is a wonderful area for guests to relax and gather, with a comfortable sofa, bean bag chairs, a large dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. You’ll also find a delightful king-size bedroom, again with stunning views and a stylish en-suite shower room.

There is a large balcony leading from the dining area with ample comfortable seating and a glass infinity balustrade to give uninterrupted views out across the sea and towards Saint Tudwal's Islands. Guests can also relax in the sunny south-facing lawned garden to the rear of the property, with a patio and a large picnic bench.

Gorgeous place to stay, we had a lovely weekend celebrating my mums 70th birthday. Very well equipped. Beds very comfortable and rooms well decorated and equipped. Only a 10/15 minute walk into Abersoch. Highly recommended.

The house is delightful, very well situated. An upside down house with fabulous 180 degree views. It was very comfortable & well appointed, for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely recommend to others

Perfect place to stay for 3couples as we each had our own bathroom. Very well equipped , even down to picnic set and cool bag. Centrally located with only a short walk up the hill, its worth it!! Beautiful views from the open plan living/dining area.
