This chic bungalow is located within a quiet cul-de-sac in Limeslade Bay, just 1.5 miles from the popular seaside resort of Mumbles. The property sleeps four guests and makes an excellent couples’ retreat or coastal bolthole for a small family. You’ll be perfectly placed for exploring the rugged Wales Coast Path, which runs right through the bay. The 3-mile route from Limeslade Bay to Caswell Bay is particularly intriguing, as it takes you past a number of beautiful sculptures that form part of a coastal art trail. You’ll also walk past the iconic green and white Victorian beach huts at Langland Bay. Just along the coast, in the opposite direction (approx. 0.5 miles), is the secluded cove at Bracelet Bay. This rock and pebble beach makes a lovely spot for a picnic, with peaceful views out towards Mumbles Lighthouse. Follow the coast a little further, and you’ll reach the bustling village of Mumbles, with its fantastic selection of independent eateries and quaint boutiques.

The semi-detached property has been tastefully decorated, with elegant touches throughout and homely features to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Step inside the property and into a cosy lounge/kitchen area, where a sofa and armchair sit in the glow of a flame-effect electric fire. There is also a Smart TV for enjoying movie nights with your fellow guests. At the far end of the room, there is a sleek kitchen area, with everything you need to whip up a tasty meal for the group, to either eat outside on the patio or around the breakfast bar. The bungalow has two bedrooms – a king-size and a twin – both with a subtle seaside theme. The twin bedroom also has access to the rear garden. Completing the property is a spacious shower room.

Outside, to the rear of the property, is an enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture, so you can dine under the stars in the summer months. There is also a charming seating area at the front of the bungalow, which is the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine, reflect on your day, and watch the sun go down.

Enjoyed our stay at Aadreff. It's a well equipped bungalow in a quiet location . The roads leading to it are quite steep so I would suggest the less able person would struggle a bit. The property is a short 5 minute walk from the coastal path which we found to be a lovely walk across to Rotherslade beach which is a mile and not overly strenuous.Read more The bungalow is approximately a 15 minute walk across to the more populated Mumbles road area where there are plenty of pubs / eateries. Recommend the Pilot for real ale brewed on the premises The bungalow itself is cosy with a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. There is a lovely big bathroom with walk in shower And the main room is a kitchen / lounge area Hide

This is a lovely, clean and well decorated bungalow. Well accessible with my semi-disabled mother utilising the easy parking, sloped entrance and walk in/step free shower. Nice and cosy with an electric fire in the living room. Adrian was a pleasure to deal with and so flexible regarding checking in and out times.
