Welcome to this lovely three-bedroom house in the heart of Abersoch, just 500 metres from the beautiful main beach. This property, with its spacious rooms and outdoor areas, is ideal for friends or families wanting to stay in the centre of town and enjoy a traditional Welsh beach holiday. Abersoch, once a quiet fishing village, is now a thriving resort town renowned for its sheltered beach, world-class sailing and water sports centre, excellent restaurants and independent shops. However, if you fancy a change, you can explore the many other stunning beaches on the Llyn Peninsula, including surfing hot spot Hell’s Mouth (2 miles) and family-friendly Pwllheli (7 miles). Walkers, cyclists and nature lovers can enjoy the many miles of trails that follow the rugged coastline and crisscross the beautiful landscape of this headland.

Enter this lovely home through the impressive stone porch, where you’ll find plenty of room to hang coats and store sandy shoes. Then head through to the spacious lounge – a bright and airy space with large glass doors to the patio. Relax on the large corner sofa in front of the Smart TV and wood burner-effect gas fire, perfect after a long day spent exploring the town. Or head through to the kitchen, undoubtedly the heart of this home. The beautifully finished kitchen has everything you need, including a long wooden dining table with chairs and a rustic wooden bench, plus a three-seater sofa, which makes this room an extra sociable space. Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom, a bunk bedroom with a single bed above a double, and a king-size main bedroom. The main bedroom is a generously proportioned room with sea views and an en-suite featuring a statement bath and separate shower cubicle. A second shower room completes the first floor.

Large patio doors lead to a private, enclosed patio at the side of the house. This space has easy chairs and a sofa perfect for relaxing in the sun, and a gas BBQ and dining table for al fresco dining and entertaining. On the other side of the house is a lawned area shared by another on-site property, a self-contained glamping pod which sleeps two guests and can be booked alongside this cottage if required.

Great location, with the bewch, shops and bars right on your doorstep. Have been several times and look forward to looking again. Very spacious house and plenty of room for a family and friends. Kitchen is well equipped and great for entertaining. Even though you are in the centre location it's still very quiet and tucked away.

Great place to stay in Abersoch, location couldn't be any better. Found the downstairs space very sociable and comfortable. Traveled with my partner, 1 yr old and my parents and even though the sleeping situation was a little tight in the small bedroom the overall size was good. Great options for outdoor bbq and seating. large dining table providedRead more a nice family feel plus a sneaky game of ping pong Hide

Great location and very clean. Basic equipment in the house and could do with a few repairs. Amazing place to visit, Abersoch has something for everyone.
