This stylish home is ideal for a large group of family or friends to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday. Located in the coastal town of Abersoch on the stunning Llyn Peninsular visitors can enjoy all of the delights of the region. This former fishing village is now a popular family-friendly holiday destination with a sandy beach known for its safe and clean waters. The town also offers a nice range of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as welcoming local pubs. Water sports enthusiasts or those keen to give it a go will have plenty of opportunities here. Kayaking and paddleboarding are popular, while surfers can head to the beach at Porth Neigwl just under 3 miles away. There is fantastic walking to be enjoyed right across the Llyn Peninsular, which has a uniquely wild and rugged beauty very much its own.
The house has been stylishly decorated throughout with plenty of space for a large group to relax. Guests enter via a hallway with plenty of space for storing coats and shoes. Downstairs is a large lounge with an attractive fireplace and wood burner and French doors opening to the patio. The contemporary kitchen/diner is a wonderfully sociable space to cook and eat together with a long wooden table and an additional sofa. Upstairs on the first floor are three of the guest bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and sea views, as well as a sleek en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. The other two rooms are a comfortable double and a room with a bunk bed that has a double below and a single above (the double bed is suitable for 1 person as there is only access from one side). A family shower room completes the first floor. The glamping pod annexe is accessed across the small lawn in the garden and offers unique self-contained accommodation for two. It has an open-plan living area and bedroom with a two-seat sofa, a small kitchenette and a king-size bed. It also features an en-suite shower room and doors opening to a sunny deck with bistro furniture.
The house has several outside areas to enjoy and on sunny days the patio doors can be opened up to enjoy a spot of indoor/outdoor living. There’s a long, sheltered patio area off of the lounge featuring comfortable sofas and a coffee table as well as a table and chairs for outside dining. This makes a wonderful addition to the home where guests can make the most of fine weather. In addition, there is an enclosed lawn and beyond this is the sunny wooden deck connected to the pod. This is set up with a bistro table and chairs that it’s the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee alfresco. There is also a Weber gas BBQ for guests to use.
