This chic apartment makes a perfect base for families or couples on a getaway to the Cornwall coast as it’s located in St Ives between two scenic, sandy beaches – Porthmeor and Porthgwidden (both 0.1 miles) where you can sunbathe, build sandcastles and take in the views. Visit the picturesque working harbour to see the boats and beach as well as the fourth beach, Porthgwidden. Try water sports in the area like stand-up paddleboarding and surfing. In St Ives’ pretty town centre (less than half a mile), explore the cobbled streets and stop at quirky shops, local pubs and restaurants, and the iconic Tate Gallery. A really lovely, spacious apartment, beach Literally around the corner, easy walk into town and pubs. Safe parking a bonus, but space was very tight.

!8 St. Nicholas Court was clean, well equipped and very comfortable, superbly situated for all areas of St. Ives, beaches and shops. The parking space is a real bonus. I would definitely book this property again and certainly recommend it highly.

This is a lovely apartment, everything you could possibly need, very comfortable bed and sofa, good shower would highly recommend. The on site parking is a massive bonus.

Rug in living room covered in dog hair and made for tripping hazard. Stayed in other pet friendly properties that have been much cleaner. Sand left on bathroom floor, also needs non slip mat for shower. Drawers in bedroom need proper clean, sand and hair from previous occupants. Hostile residents living in complex made for unwelcoming stay.
