A lovely Victorian cottage. However, we thought the inside is in need of some updating and re-decoration. Comfortable beds and clean bedding. Quality towels provided. A ten minute walk into Holt and the shops. A good location to explore North Norfolk.

A lovely cottage in a super location. Its just a short walk into town with a good range of shops and dog friendly places to eat. The cottage felt very homely and had everything we needed. The bike locker was really useful for two mountain bikes and the garden was a good size for our two labs. Two dogs and two teenagers are a challenge to keep occupRead moreied, but Holt Country park, Holt Archery and Air rifle centre helped. Proximity to Holkham Hall, Blakeney, Wells next Sea, Cromer and Coltishall paddle boarding all made for a great family holiday. We would love to go back to Cobblers Cottage and would definitely recommend it. Hide

Really lovely cottage in a very nice location. Cobbler's Cottage is well equipped and perfect for a family. Within easy reach of Holt town centre with plenty of lovely shops and cafes but far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. A lovely base to explore North Norfolk and the coast.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Cobblers Cottage. The house is perfectly situated down a quiet road within walking distance to Holt and also the nearby Holt Country Park. I stayed with my husband, three children and two dogs and it was a perfect home from home. The beds were comfy and warm, as was the house itself. The house was quirky and offereRead mored everything we needed it for. A good centre point to visit Wells, Brancaster, Sandringham and the local beach of Salthouse. Small but efficient kitchen was good for quick meals. Lovely welcome hamper too. We will be rebooking for next year as we felt so at home, thank you Hide

Lovely cottage. This was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk. Great location as well in terms of walks into Holt centre, Holt country park, and also Spout Hills which is great for dog walking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the cottage itself was very comfortable and well maintained.
