Come and enjoy this characterful seaside cottage, centrally located in the coastal village of Weybourne, and enjoy a peaceful retreat. Less than 150 metres away, you can enjoy a lovely evening meal or midday lunch at the nearby pub (which has a selection of over 100 gins), and the fabulous village shop is 200 metres away. The Georgian town of Holt (4 miles) has an abundance of locally run shops, delis and cafes to enjoy, as well as Holt Country Park (4.5 miles) to take your furry friends for some fresh air. Sheringham (3 miles) offers more beach fun if you fancy a change of scenery, or venture to Salthouse (2.5 miles) and treat yourself to a freshly caught crab sandwich.

With plenty of living space in which to relax, this cottage has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful break. Upon entry, you are greeted by a downstairs separate WC on the left, as well as a cosy but perfectly placed dining room to enjoy your evening meal. The kitchen is fully equipped and is fitted to suit the long, characterful shape of the cottage. Move through to the lounge, which has a wood burner set into a cosy inglenook creating a warm and welcoming place to unwind after a fresh stroll on Weybourne Beach. With plenty of comfortable seating, this shared space is tastefully decorated with local seaside finds and benefits from a Smart TV. On the first floor, there is one king-size bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a stylish and cleverly built bathroom benefiting from a separate bath and shower.

The cottage is placed nicely in its own enclosed garden with decking, patio and shingle – a beautiful spot to enjoy the morning sun. There is dining seating available, as well as a BBQ for those warm summer evenings.

Absolutely beautiful cottage in a fantastic location in a charming village, the cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard and is full of charm and character with every modern appliance you would require.
