Situated on the edge of the sand dunes and boasting far-reaching views across the neighbouring farmland, this property is ideal for a family coastal getaway. Midway between the coastal villages of Sea Palling and Eccles, North Gap is a seaside hamlet with access through the dunes onto the fine, sandy beach. As well as spending days on the beach, you can explore the coast, countryside and the Broads. The village pubs and shops of Sea Palling are 1.5 miles away; further amenities are also available in the nearby towns of Stalham (5 miles) and North Walsham (11 miles).

 

As you enter the property, you will find the modern, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking up a hearty meal after a day in the fresh coastal air. This leads to the spacious living area with comfortable seating, Smart TV and a gas wood burner. From here, the hallway leads you towards the bedrooms and family shower room. The property offers two comfortable bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, perfect for children. The shower room with WC is perfect for washing the sand out of your toes after a wonderful day on the beach.

 

Outside, the property has an enclosed lawned garden with views over the neighbouring farmland, and a patio area ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the last of the day’s sunshine.

Had a lovely stay! The Bungalow was very modern on the inside and comfortable. The beach was so easy to find from both directions from the property, just 3 houses down if you turn right but also accessible if you turn left - just brings you out to slightly different areas of a very remote beach. Was lovely to spot the odd seal bobbing around in thRead moree sea!! We had lovely long walks on the beach ( we were so lucky with the weather!!) The Cottage has a smart TV so you can access NOW TV, Amazon Prime etc as well as Freeview channels, The seating was very comfortable and we found property warm - no need for any heating during our stay at end of September. The views from the front of the Bungalow were nice and the seating just outside the main window was a real sun trap!! The kitchen was nice and bright with a very large fridge/freezer. Lots of lovely matching cups/plates/bowls and adequate cooking utensils provided. Lots of hanging space and drawers for clothing etc. The bathroom had a decent shower, lots of hot water. Glad of the shower. Lots of towels provided. The front garden of property is enclosed by a fairly low fence, we were always a bit concerned our dog (3 year old Labrador) could have jumped it but we never left him outside alone. We would recommend this property/location to a friend if they wanted a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle with a remote beach for long sandy walks... There are no shops near by, the nearest being in Sea Palling (Large Tesco in Stalham) The Road leading to the property is "Undulating" so say the least!!! - Very bumpy and sandy with no room to let other cars pass. Amazing location, very comfortable holiday home, with everything you need. Beach access only a few steps away, beach is incredible here and almost empty for the whole week! Very light home as it has so many doors and windows. Great views overlooking farmers fields. Plenty of wildlife to spot. Great location to get away from it all.

Amazing location. Super short stroll to the beach, which was really quiet during our stay, even though we had sunshine! The cottage was clean, well presented and had everything we needed. We would definitely visit again!

Fantastic location, just a short walk up and over the dune to the glorious beach. The bungalow was lovely. Fabulous views across the countryside, nicely decorated, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The area is so quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed was provided.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location. Fabulous views from the sofa, deer running across the fields most days. A really short walk to the fantastic dog friendly beach that could be walked for miles in either direction. About 20 minute drive to large Tesco for all your shopping needs. As mentioned on other reviews the lane to the cottage needs to be drRead moreiven down slowly some deep dips and the field to park on very soft, some cars may struggle in the colder & wet months to get off it. The cottage was clean comfortable and well equipped. It was decorated for Christmas which was lovely, they were some welcome goodies which were a nice surprise. The closeness to the beach was a real bonus, the beach was dog friendly and spacious. They are great walks around the local area and it would be lovely to return in the summer.

We had a lovely time here especially the dog.this is not a criticism we could have done with a mop.and maybe a light of some description by the back door. But overall excellent.

Had a lovely week staying in Antillas. Lovely bungalow in a delightful location close to beach and overlooking the beautiful countryside. Plenty to do in the area and a relaxing place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Fantastic views and access to the most gorgeous beach! Little one enjoyed lots of wildlife around and dog loved the walks.

Its was a perfect last minute stay, very clean and well equipped kitchen. So close to the beach my daughter played for hours on it even in February. Great for dogs, lovely few from the sitting room where we saw a barn owl.
