The cottage is in the East Rudham Conservation Area and dates back about 200 years; it has a traditional Norfolk winder staircase. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers a wonderful social aspect to your stay, with the well-equipped kitchen offering everything any budding chefs among you could need to prepare anything from a light morning snack to a hearty evening meal. The dining area will comfortably seat all guests and is perfect for dining at home for any occasion. After a busy day out exploring the local area, you can sit back and relax in the lounge with its comfortable sofa and two armchairs perfectly positioned around the smart TV and the wood burner – the ideal spot for relaxing nights in with loved ones. The cottage benefits from a downstairs double bedroom and a small en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, washbasin and a WC. The ground-floor bedroom creates a welcoming and cosy atmosphere but there is limited headroom above the bath in the small ensuite bathroom.
