The award-winning beach of Woolacombe is just a short stroll away with 3 miles of beautiful golden sands on offer. Known to be the mecca for surfers and other water sports enthusiasts, this coastal village has delightful sand dunes to picnic on, making this a holiday destination to make happy memories. Stroll around the plethora of independent shops, pubs and restaurants or just enjoy a traditional fish and chip supper on one of the benches watching the magnificent sunsets. Enjoy exploring the South West Coast Path which is on your doorstep; you can marvel at the spectacular views across to Wales or try spotting the seals along the coastline. Other attractions and places of interest include Exmoor National Park (13 miles), day trips to Lundy (22 miles to Bideford to catch the ferry), National Trust’s Arlington Court (14 miles), the quaint coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth (21 miles), or you could enjoy a day with the animals at Combe Martin Wildlife Park (12 miles). Having undergone extensive refurbishment, this former fish and chip shop has been transformed into a fantastic space for family and friends to relax in after a day of adventure.

The bottom floor has two bedrooms: a king-size and a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request). There’s also a family bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and WC on this floor. Take the stairs up to the stunning open-plan lounge/dining and kitchen, featuring original beams that add to the character of this beautiful apartment. With sumptuous sofas and a Smart TV, you can enjoy watching a movie or two or sit on the window cushions watching the world go by. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for dining in and impressing your friends with a favourite recipe. Completing this floor is a further double bedroom and an en-suite shower room with WC.

Despite this property having no dedicated outdoor space, there is a children’s play area just over 150 metres away and a skate park within 0.5 miles. Not forgetting the wonderful beach which is 300 metres from your door.

Absolutely fabulous all round for us. We could not fault the property as a whole for all the family and the dog.

We chose the property for it's proximity to the beach, while it didn't have sea views you can be on the beach in minutes. We had lots of lovely walks and hardly used the car! The property itself was immaculate with lots of attention to detail with a high quality finish! We loved the nexpresso machine, open plan kitchen and diner. This property is amazing, in a great location and finished to a high standard. We had a great time. The only issue we had were the parking restrictions around the property. Between 10am and 6pm you can only park outside the property for 1 hour. So that proved a little difficult. We also found that there was no property information inside the properRead morety itself, such as when bins and recycling needed to be put out for collection and also how the heating system worked etc. Hide
